97pkr Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules, Account Eligibility & Player Obligations

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 97pkr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services provided through the 97pkr website and any associated mobile interfaces accessible at 97pkr.asia and its subdomains.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 97pkr platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy — all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use the 97pkr platform.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements or representations relating to your use of 97pkr services.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 97pkr platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met simultaneously:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 97pkr applies a strict minimum age policy and verifies age through CNIC-based KYC documentation.
• You are accessing the platform for personal, recreational use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of accessing online gambling services in your location.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of 97pkr or any affiliated entity.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order you have placed on your own account or imposed by the platform.

97pkr reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification. Providing false eligibility information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

3.1 Registration. To access the full range of 97pkr services, you must register a personal account. You are permitted to hold only one account on the 97pkr platform. Registration of duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your Pakistani mobile number, full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2 KYC Verification. Before any withdrawal request can be processed, you must successfully complete 97pkr's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This requires submission of:

• A clear, unobstructed copy of your valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), showing both front and back.
• Verification of your primary payment method (e.g., confirming the registered name on your JazzCash or Easypaisa account matches your CNIC).
• Any additional documentation 97pkr may request at its discretion, including proof of source of funds for high-volume accounts.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 97pkr account. You must notify 97pkr support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. 97pkr will never ask you to share your password via any communication channel.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. 97pkr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, and USDT. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and are subject to change. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed only after KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals are remitted exclusively to payment methods verified under your 97pkr account. 97pkr processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section. Withdrawal amounts are subject to minimum and maximum limits. 97pkr reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed normal transaction patterns.

4.3 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. 97pkr reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances after providing notice in accordance with applicable platform policy. Balances will not be reduced below zero.

5. Game Rules & Betting

All casino games and sports betting markets available on the 97pkr platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game or market. These individual rules take precedence over general platform Terms in all matters of game mechanics and outcome determination.

5.1 Sports Betting. Bets placed on cricket, PSL, ICC events, UFC, football, basketball, and other markets are subject to the specific terms of each market as displayed at the time of bet placement. 97pkr reserves the right to void bets where an error in odds has occurred due to a technical fault or human error. Void bets result in the stake being returned to the player's balance.

5.2 Live Casino. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-time dealer actions and are subject to the house edge of each game variant as specified in the game information panel. Technical disconnection during a live game round does not automatically result in a voided bet; outcomes are determined at the point of resolution as recorded in server logs.

5.3 RNG Games. Random Number Generator games including slots, instant-win titles, and RNG table games are certified by independent testing agencies. Published RTP figures represent long-term statistical returns and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 97pkr are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of each offer. The following general conditions apply to all 97pkr promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance or a separate bonus wallet as specified in the promotion details.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to wagering requirement completion.
• 97pkr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend wagering requirements, or cancel promotions at any time with notice provided through the platform.
• Players found to be abusing promotional terms — including through use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other exploitative methods — will forfeit all bonus balances and may be subject to account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 97pkr platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and in serious cases, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or third-party payment methods to deposit funds.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, financial crime, or use of the platform to process the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automated betting tools, bots, or AI assistance in any capacity.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit platform systems, bonuses, or markets.
• Accessing 97pkr services from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited and doing so through the deliberate use of VPNs, proxies, or other circumvention tools.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at 97pkr staff or other platform users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 97pkr platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and data — is the proprietary property of 97pkr or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 97pkr content without prior written authorisation. Scraping, data harvesting, or systematic extraction of platform data is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 97pkr and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to access the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, game errors, or telecommunications disruptions.

97pkr's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any cause of action shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

97pkr does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malware. Players are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.

10. Privacy & Data

97pkr's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data — including CNIC information, contact details, payment data, and betting activity — is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

97pkr processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming obligations, and the improvement of platform services. Data is not sold to third parties except where required for payment processing or regulatory compliance.

11. Responsible Gaming

97pkr is committed to responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all account holders at no charge via account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at set intervals during active gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block access to your 97pkr account. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

Upon termination, any verified balance remaining in the account (net of applicable bonus balances and processing fees) will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method following a final KYC review.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting 97pkr support. Account closure does not discharge any obligations the player owes to 97pkr under these Terms.

13. Amendments to These Terms

97pkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated through the platform with reasonable notice prior to the effective date. Your continued use of the 97pkr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should close your account prior to the effective date.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits 97pkr's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
